WOD for 12/11/15

***Reminder***
We are only having a 5PM CrossFit Class in the Evening. We will be closing early for our MVMNT Social. Hope to see all our friends join us at Ma Jong’s Asian Diner at 7PM for dinner. (1431 L st. Sacramento 95814) After Dinner we will walk/run a few blocks to Republic Bar & Grill for a few drinks and more food. (908 15th st. Sacramento 95814). HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!

Skill/Strength:
Three sets not for time of:
L- Pull-Ups x 5-7 reps
Kettlebell Clean and Press x 5-7 reps each arm
Row Sprint Start to 150 Meters or .25 mile on bike

WOD:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
10 Toes to Bar
